Skin-clearing Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh or frozen cherries or red grapes
- 1 small cooked beetroot
- 1 cup berries
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter or ground almonds
- Small handful of kale
- 1 cup coconut water or water
- 1-2 Bee Prepared Daily Defence Immune Support capsules
Method
Add ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and open up the Bee Prepared capsule and add contents in. Blend until smooth. Add more liquid for desired consistency.
