Raw protein balls
Makes:
About 20 small balls
Ingredients:
- 100g almonds, soaked overnight
- 100g Brazil nuts, soaked overnight
- 2 tbsp Udo’s Choice Beyond Greens
- 30g protein powder
- 175g pitted dates
- 50g figs
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
Topping:
Method:
1. Add the almonds, Brazils, Beyond Greens and protein powder to a food processor and blend.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for a further minute until a sticky dough forms.
3. Use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls, and roll each ball in desiccated coconut, then store in the fridge.
