Fruity Mango Flapjacks Recipe

Ingredients
- 150g (5oz) butter, plus extra for greasing
- 100g (3½ oz) soft light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 200g (7oz) millet flakes
- 2 tbsp mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 75g (3oz) dried mango, roughly chopped
Method
1. Grease a 28 x 18 cm (11 x 7 inch) baking tin.
2. Place the sugar, butter and syrup in a heavy-based saucepan and heat until melted, then stir in the remaining ingredients.
3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and press down lightly. Place in a preheated oven, 150°C (300°F), gas mark 2, for 30 minutes.
4. Leave in the tin and mark into 12 bars, then place on a wire rack to cool completely before turning out and breaking into bars.
