Blueberry Kale Smoothie Recipe
This potent smoothie is packed with two key phytonutrients, sulforaphane from kale and anthocyanins from blueberries, both of which are key ingredients for promoting cardiovascular health.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup packed roughly chopped kale, stems removed
- 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
