Your Healthy Living Awards 2016 Terms and Conditions

There are two ways to place your vote in the Your Healthy Living Awards 2016:

One vote per category per person (your vote is registered to avoid multiple votes).

JHN Productions Ltd reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.

Voting closes on 27 October 2016. The winners (with the most online and postal votes combined) in each category will be announced in the December issue of Your Healthy Living.

The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Each person who places a vote in the Your Healthy Living Awards 2016 will be entered into the Your Healthy Living Awards 2016 Prize Draw.

The Your Healthy Living Awards 2016 Prize Draw winner will be selected at random from all the entries received by the closing date.

The prize is valid for one person only, prize winner must be aged 18 years or over. The prize is a two-night stay for one person including full board, a therapeutic massage and access to all Middle Piccadilly Rural Retreat facilities (worth £275). Details listed on www.middlepiccadilly.com

Prize must be taken Sunday to Thursday only, subject to availability. Prize is non transferable and no cash alternative. Prize excludes any other spa treatments, food and beverage or incidentals not specified in the ‘Detox for Life’ Package. Prize valid until 28 February 2016.

By Registering to Vote in the Your Healthy Living Awards you agree to being contacted on occasion by JHN productions, publishers of Your Healthy Living, and companies connected to JHN only. To opt out, tick the ‘No Offers’ box online or write ‘No Offers’ on postal votes if you don’t want to be contacted in future with any promotions.

By entering a prize draw, competition or offer you agree to the company involved in this offer “offer company“ contacting you in relation to this offer and such communication may or may not contain further information or offers as well as a future unsubscribe facility. If you do not wish the “offer company ” to contact you more than on one occasion regarding this offer please write ‘No offers’ at the top of your entry email or postcard.

The prize draws and competitions are only open to those who are residents of the UK and ROI at the time of their entry and who are aged 18 or over.

The prize draws and competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of JHN Productions Ltd or any subsidiary of JHN Productions Ltd.

The prize draws and competitions are not open to anyone professionally connected with each individual prize draw and competition, including employees of any companies providing competition prizes, or employees of any companies which have products entered for voting in awards.

Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or damaged. Entries by third parties are not accepted.

By entering the draws you agree to participate in Your Healthy Living publicity if you win. Winners’ names are available on written request, with an SAE, to the publishers JHN Productions. There may be an administration charge for this.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternate prize or equal or greater value. If winners are unable to take the prize or not contactable after 21 days, a redraw may take place.

Winners accept prizes at their own risk. For those that involve travel, winners should obtain their own travel insurance and ensure they are fit to travel.

The publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising from prize/competition administration or winners’ acceptance and use/enjoyment of the prizes.
