Coconut Flour Baked Doughnuts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp organic coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp organic coconut blossom nectar
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • 6 tbsp organic coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1½ cups organic coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp organic coconut milk
  • Shredded coconut for topping
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 3 tbsp water

Method

1. Whisk together the ground flax seeds and water until well combined, then place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C and grease a doughnut pan.

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Add the coconut flour and baking soda. Mix well.

4. Spoon the mixture into the doughnut pan, filling to about a quarter. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

5. Remove the doughnuts from the pan and allow to cool completely.
